Smith & Mitchell, LLC is a small, family-oriented law firm providing estate planning and elder law services throughout Colorado. Originally established by Paul Mitchell in Aurora in 1988, the firm relocated to Littleton in late 2014 and was renamed to reflect a change of ownership.

Though the name has changed, the services provided by the firm remain essentially unchanged. Smith & Mitchell, LLC continues to emphasize sensible, personalized planning solutions to life's everyday concerns.
